Market continued to sell-off from recent US$'s weakness

market bounced off its bottom in July, so did the US$. As we have seen, US$ had been showing strength during the 4 months bullish rally of the market.

Last Friday, the astonishing weakness of US$ brought a new fear for the investors in the stock market. We'll have to watch US$'s strength closely ahead to judge further direction of the stock market.

Managers See Reasons For Optimism

Managers See Reasons For Optimism
Thursday November 16, 7:00 pm ET Trang Ho

When the Dow hit the 12,000 milestone last month, it raised the question of how much higher the market could go before a bear rampage. Several top managers figure the bull still has a ways to run.

The Dow would have to rise to 12,600 -- an additional 2.4% -- to reach fair valuation, says Neil Hennessy, CEO and portfolio manager with Hennessy Management. That's before factoring in a positive outlook on corporate profits, unemployment, inflation and interest rates.

At the start of the year, he foretold the Dow hitting 12,000 in October. He uses price-to-sales ratios to determine whether stocks are cheap enough to buy.

"The Dow, on average, sells at approximately $1.25 for each $1 in sales," Hennessy noted. "And that's over the last 10 years. Today it sells about $1.20 to $1 in sales. So the market is still undervalued by 4%."

=====================================

* Common Shares Outstanding Immediately After This Offering 27,270,000 common shares (or 27,970,000 common shares if the underwriters exercise the over-allotment option in full). *

*Overview * We design, manufacture and sell solar module products that convert sunlight into electricity for a variety of uses. We are incorporated in Canada and conduct all of our manufacturing operations in China. Our products include a range of standard solar modules built to general specifications for use in a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial solar power generation systems. We also design and produce specialty solar modules and products based on our customers' requirements. Specialty solar modules and products consist of customized modules that our customers incorporate into their own products, such as solar-powered bus stop lighting, and complete specialty products, such as solar-powered car battery chargers. Our products are sold primarily under our own brand name and also produced on an original equipment manufacturer, or OEM, basis for our customers. We also implement solar power development projects, primarily in conjunction with government organizations to provide solar power generation in rural areas of China. We currently sell our products to customers located in various markets worldwide, including Germany, Spain, Canada, China and Japan. We currently sell our standard solar modules to distributors and system integrators. We sell our specialty solar modules and products directly to various manufacturers who either integrate these solar modules into their own products or sell and market them as part of their product portfolio. Supply chain management is critical to the success of our business, particularly during the current industry-wide shortage of high-purity silicon. We proactively manage our supply chain, which consists of silicon feedstock, ingots, wafers and solar cells, to secure a cost-effective supply of solar cells, the key component of our solar module products. We do this primarily by directly sourcing silicon feedstock, which consists of high-purity silicon and reclaimable silicon. Under toll manufacturing arrangements, we provide the silicon feedstock to manufacturers of ingots, wafers and cells, which in turn convert these silicon raw materials ultimately into the solar cells that we use for our production of solar modules. We believe we were one of the first solar module companies to process reclaimable silicon, which consists primarily of broken wafers and scrap silicon, for reuse in the solar power supply chain.

We have grown rapidly since March 2002, when we sold our first solar module products. Our net revenues increased from $4.1 million in 2003 to $18.3 million in 2005, representing a compound annual growth rate, or CAGR, of 111.1%. Correspondingly, our net income increased from $761,245 to $3.8 million over the same period, representing a CAGR of 123.5%. Our net revenues increased from $7.0 million for the six months ended June 30, 2005 to $26.0 million over the same period in 2006. We sold 0.7 megawatts, or MW, 2.2 MW and 4.1 MW of our solar module products in 2003, 2004 and 2005, respectively. We sold 1.4 MW and 6.2 MW of our solar module products in the six months ended June 30, 2005 and 2006, respectively.

KFI, picked recently for bullish growth play

KFI projected a fast growth for 2006, 2007...
All-time high was set@21.3 early the week.

Early Oct I said gold/oil could have year-end rally

Early October I once said big guys might be collecting gold/oil stuff for year-end rally. It's more & more clear that gold/oil stuff are now readily for this rally.

GSS is one of those gold/oil stuff I want to hold for rally. GSS would have gold production of 200,000 oz in 2006....they projected 500,000 oz for 2007. The problem of power shortage has depressed the share price very much. However, they are now solving this problem. TA-speaking, it's now walking out from this big round bottom.
